The Story:

Phillip White (formally Philthy Phil)not only came from the struggle, but once he understood why he was stuck in the struggle voluntarily for so long, he adopted the principle of "each one, teach one”. His goal was to educate and help others find pro social alternatives to free themselves from the struggle, mentally, emotionally, physically, financially and spiritually.

Despite being incarcerated, Phillip White began to dedicate his life to empowering others and creating positive change within the community. In 2015, he co-founded All Money Empire with his late wife, Mrs. Tanisha White, with the initial goal of publishing books and raising social awareness about the numerous issues that plagued his community.

As an artist who was previously signed to a major/independent label, before his incarceration, Phillip White began releasing a collection of his previously unreleased material through All Money Empire, which sparked a new chapter for the organization.

This transition led to Phillip White providing guidance to young artists who sought direction and support for their own artistic endeavours. Through his raw unapologetic testimony, transparency and passion for helping the youth, Phillip White soon discovered his assignments from God, which was to nurture and properly teach the young men and women in his community.

Meet Garnet from East Atlanta. Growing up witnessing his father be incarcerated at a young age, Garnet found a father figure in the streets. Joining a gang at 17, he was breaking into homes, having shootouts and eventually found himself incarcerated like his father, facing 10 years. Upon his release he was faced with the death of his older brother, he discovered his mother had cancer and his siblings now had more children. Living in a two bedroom apartment with a total of 11 occupants (five siblings, his mother, and three nieces and two nephews), he knew he had to do something. Through a close high school friend he was introduced to Mr. Phillip White whom later took him under his leadership.Through heartfelt talks, transparency, non judgemental big brotherly love and mentoring Phillip White was able to not only encourage Garnet to leave the streets behind, but to remove himself completely from the gang culture, successfully complete probation and take his career as a Rap Artist seriously.

AME JUGG

Jugg, a young man from the tough streets of Indianapolis, faced numerous challenges and dangers growing up. He got involved in criminal activities at a young age, resulting in a prison sentence. Upon release, he turned to music, creating a unique style called "Jugg Flow." Despite his talent, setbacks like being shot threatened his progress. In 2021, he met Phillip White, who became a mentor figure. Phillip provided unconditional love and guidance, helping Jugg reshape his mindset and behaviour. Jugg saw Phillip as a father figure, contrasting with his cordial but distant relationship with his biological father. Phillip's support empowered Jugg to strive for a better future and learn from his mistakes.

Ame Dump, an exceptional artist from the East-side of Indianapolis, brings a unique voice filled with passion, aggression, pain, and unparalleled energy to his music. Despite facing challenges such as incarceration at a young age, Dump found solace and expression through his music, writing his thoughts on any available surface during his time behind bars. Upon release, he returned to his neighborhood to care for his family, where he encountered Phillip White, who became a mentor and provided positive guidance, helping Dump channel his talent into a promising career.
